How to troubleshoot Sort by options issues

The sorting is Best-selling

Normally our app does show the sorting order exactly like the orders in your admin. However, if your collection is in Best-selling order, Shopify doesn't return Best Selling ranking like other sorting types and requires us to get it by metafield, instead. Please follow this Sync best-selling guide to get the correct best-selling order on all the themes having the app.


You are enabling the Sort available products first setting

When you turn on this setting, it will move all sold-out products down to the collection pages and the search page. That is why you may not see the product order matches the current sorting.

💡 About the Search page, its default sorting is Relevant order. If it doesn't work properly, check out our Search troubleshoot steps.
