Our Help Center is high quality, well structured, and easy to follow along. We are dedicated to creating this Help Center as we want to provide you with a complete self-service support option. The Help Center acts as a knowledge base for you to reference as you are using our product. We understand that not everybody wants to bring a question to an agent right away, and that is why we want you to have an excellent self-serve portal.
In-app chat widget
We provide an in-app chat widget that allows our customer support agents to assist you right away if you have non-technical issues when using Product Filter & Search.
To receive our chat support:
- Go to our app-admin page, and click the purple bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select Ask and choose the Chat option.
- Type your question in the text box and enter. Our customer representative will accept the chat and answer your questions.
We also offer email support. When you have any technical issues or other concerns that you prefer to receive support via email, you can contact us at email@example.com and our customer support team will be happy to help you as soon as possible.
