Overview

What is Sync B2B updates?

Sync B2B updates is a feature that allows you to manually trigger a sync to update the product list and prices for B2B wholesale customers. This is particularly useful if you want to ensure that any recent changes you’ve made to product lists, catalogs, or company information on Shopify are immediately reflected on your site.


Why Sync B2B updates?

Our app can automatically sync recent updates for B2B wholesale when you edit the product lists, catalogs, and company information on Shopify. This feature ensures the correct product list and prices are displayed based on the catalog for different company locations across all pages related to our app (Collection page, Search page, Instant Search widget (ISW), Quick View, Recommendation widgets). If you don’t see the latest changes, you can manually trigger a sync.

How to use Sync B2B updates

Follow these steps to access and enable the Sync B2B updates feature:

  1. From the App admin, select Sync Overview:

  1. In the Manual Sync section, select Sync B2B Updates from the dropdown list:

  1. Click Start Manual Sync to trigger the sync:

  1. Check the Sync B2B updates history in the Sync history table below. You can filter the events by: All, Manual sync, Auto sync and Scheduled sync.

âš  For Sync B2B feature, Sync history will only display Manual sync event(s).
