Getting Boost AI Search & Discovery Analytics

Boost AI Search & Discovery provides a dashboard with detailed insights and analytics on customer behavior and your products. You can collect Boost’s Impact, Collections, Search and Recommendation Analytics with no extra effort and no coding involved to make data-driven decisions when assessing your filtering and search solutions.

Analytics section overview

The Analytics section contains the analytics of our main features that help you learn more about your sale and customer in great detail.

⚠ This feature will be activated once you install the app’s trial version. However, to receive the best result, you have to wait for at least 14 days. This duration allows for a comprehensive comparison with the previous date range, ensuring a better understanding of the feature's impact on customer interaction.

Analytics feature provides you with 4 main analytics: App Impact, Collection Analytics, Search Analytics and Recommendation Analytics. Each analytics is displayed on one separate page. All analytics data is accessible in graphical format. You can drill down on the metrics by clicking View report. Tooltips are also provided to help you navigate through the data.

Export the analytics data

Our app lets you download your analytics data as CSV & Excel (XLSX) files.

To export your Analytics data:

  1. From the app’s admin, go to Analytics.
  2. Go to the Collections Analytics tab or Search Analytics tab based on which one you want to download the data from.
  3. Click the Export button on the top right of the Analytics dashboard.
  4. Select the desired collection, date range, and format of the file you are going to receive.

💡

  • When the app's Analytics features have not collected data for the chosen period, you won't be able to download files. 
  • You may have to wait a couple of minutes for the data to process and be converted to a readable format. Each data field will be separated into an individual file and combined into a ZIP file.

  1. Click Save.
