1. Is the API available to all plans?

Yes

2. Is the API applied for all devices (desktop, mobile apps, etc.)?

Yes

3. What is the API rate limit?

Currently, there is virtually no rate limit as it serves the data for end-customers in the front store. It is important that there should be no restriction when the end-customers browse and buy the products under a normal circumstance. This practice is also applied to the mobile app if it is used to serve the end-customers.

Regarding the API calls per single IP, we have developed an automatically throttle at our server-side. If a single IP makes too many requests (> 20 requests/second) then it will be temp blacklisted in 60 minutes before making the next request.
