Find answers to some common questions about our new pricing.

Why does the price change?

We're reaching a point where pricing update is necessary to maintain our long-term commitment in making Boost the most stable, powerful, and efficient site search and navigation solution for all customers, especially demanding high-traffic stores. 

For this reason, with more new features are added, we want to continue to grow and offer the service and results you have come to expect of us. 

How does the price for my Product Filter & Search app change?

From June 30, 2020, we offer two separate pricing plans: Shopify and Shopify Plus.

Compared to the current plan, the new Shopify pricing plan has several changes, including:

  • New systematic way of pricing tiers, which raise prices for plan 5 (5,000 products) and above.
  • Removal of plan 12.5 (12,500 products).

Shopify Plus pricing offers the new Premium Services, which include: New Premium AWS infrastructure, 24/6 priority support for Email, and 24/5 priority support for Live Chat & Phone.

When will the new price apply?

The new pricing plans with new features will take effect on June 30, 2020.

I’m already a customer. Do I need to take any action to continue using the app?

If you decide to stay in your current plan, you won't have to do anything to adjust to the change. Everything will continue to work just like before, except faster with more capacity and premium services available for those who want them. Also, you will continue to be billed at the current price.

If you plan to add more products to your stores and move up the pricing ladder, to have unlimited usage of new features, or to have access to Premium services, you can upgrade your plan and lock in the current pricing before June 30, 2020.

I’m currently on Plan 12.5. Do I need to change my plan?

You don't need to change your plan if your product count remains unchanged after June 30, 2020. You will continue to be on Plan 12.5 and billed at the Plan 12.5 current price. 

The removal of Plan 12.5 only applies to new customers and existing customers who make changes to their plans.

How does it affect me if I subscribe or change my plan before June 30, 2020?

All plan updates made before June 30 will be honored with the current price, so we encourage you to take advantage of this.

How do I change my plan?

You can make changes to your plan at any time and those changes will reflect on your statement for the following month.

Any changes made after June 30 price change will be billed at the new price, billed monthly via Shopify.

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, from the app Homepage, click on "Select Plan" button to go to the Subscription page and follow the prompts.

How can I compare which features are in each plan?

You can see pricing and a full list of features for each product on our website via this link

If I don't change my plan, can I use the new features?

Yes, you will have our new features enabled automatically without taking any action.

Please note that new features have different usage limits depending on the plan. But you can always upgrade to a higher plan for unlimited usage.

My store is not a Shopify Plus store. Can I subscribe to your Shopify Plus plan?

Absolutely. By paying the Shopify Plus plan price, you'll have access to Premium services only available for Shopify Plus stores.

We sent emails about this pricing change via the store's registered email to all customers who installed our app before 30 June 2020.
