Customizing Quick view and Add to cart settings on a theme (App Lib V2)

To create a more engaging and dynamic shopping experience, our app allows shoppers to get a quick preview pop-up of products and add products to their cart without any page reloads.

• Note: These features only work with our app's default theme and free themes from Shopify. Please contact us to customize your current theme with these functions.

Customize Quick view

Quick view is a feature of our app that allows users to preview products through a pop-up screen without reloading the page.

To enable quick view:

1. From the app's admin > Theme > Quick view & Cart settings.

• Note: For App Lib V1, from the app's admin > Theme > Default Layout Settings > General tab.

2. In the drop-down of Button style, select your preferred style.
3. Select Enable Quick view.

4. Under the Color setting section, customize the background & text color to your liking.
5. Click Save settings.

• Note: By default, our Quick view works on the Desktop view only. If you want to use it on the Mobile view, contact us to be supported.

Customize Add to cart

With Add to cart, our app allows users to add products to the shopping cart while staying on the current page.

To customize Add to cart feature:

1. From the app's admin > Theme > Quick view & Cart settings.

• Note: For App Lib V1, from the app's admin > Theme > Default Layout Settings > General tab.

2. Select Enable Add to cart.

3. Under the Color setting section, customize the background & text color to your liking.
4. Under the Advanced settings section, toggle to enable/disable Ajax cart.

• Note: Advanced settings are App Lib V2 available only.

When this function is enabled, users can add target variants to the cart without moving to the products page.

5. Select "Select option" button onclick to define the display of the product variants selection pop-up:

• Popup: Display overlay-centered pop-up with product options & images.
• Mini Popup: Display integrated product options pop-up at the bottom of products.

6. Select Cart display to define cart information pop-up display:

• Side cart: Show right-side pop-up.
• Popup cart: Show centred pop-up.
• None: Display the product number on the cart icon only.

7. Click Save settings.

Customize Recently viewed and Most Popular Product (V1)

Recently Viewed and Most Popular Product are the product recommendation widgets displaying at the bottom of the collection page.

• The Recently Viewed widget displays the previously viewed product based on customer shopping history.
• The Most Popular widget displays the best-selling items in the current collection.
• Note: These features are App Lib V1 available only.

1. From the app's admin > Theme > Default Layout Settings.
2. Under Recently viewed tab, enable Recently viewed tick box > Customize the Products display quantity.
3. Under Most popular tab, enable Most popular tick box > Customize the Products display quantity.

• Note: By default, Most popular products widgets will be favoured over Recently view products widgets.

4. Click Save Settings.
